We our preempting our regular ustream.tv broadcast to bring full screen for our listeners a one time only showing of the Darkness & Starlight concert, taped lived last year. This is the Black Mages at the finest, with all the Final Fantasy music you have come to love. Join us in the chat for this great event.

The concert had to be not held cause of reasons give to me by the company. I am sorry and hope some day that rights may be more open to have event like this in the world. If you really want to enjoy some great music and show you can get this DVD at the company I use for all the music here at the station.

But we never authorize to someone for broad casting our DVD products.

Even SQUARE ENIX is not authorized to use our DVD.

So please delete it right away, so that we will not going to contact our lawyer at this moment.

Guess I just have to give buying the dvd a bit priority to see the full concert then

Well I have read more about this man and he has built much with his company it seems single handed. I will make a new section on the website to promote the "companies" as well as the artist that make our great music. Maybe some day we will be able to show that DVD with their premission and be able to help to bring his vision to the world at large.

Hiroki Ogawa is the director of Nobuo Uematsu’s recording studio Dog Ear Records. Together with the Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy orchestral concert, he has traveled outside Japan and encountered firsthand the enthusiasm that international audiences have for Uematsu’s videogame music. Now more than ever, the director says, the staff of Dog Ear Records feels compelled to broaden the music label’s focus to overseas territories. “The studio is physically located in Japan,” he says, “but all of us sense there is this passion from outside the country that we want to respond to. I’m very grateful for the enjoyment and support there.”

I feel a bit disappointed cause Black Mage special night was cancelled, they have to be aware that these products are not available all over the world, and it was ffradio and rgonotsayz site that offered me opportunity to explore another aspect of Final Fantasy, get informed about many artists and wonderful works that were unknown to me, we want to share excitements too and be synchronized with other parts of the world >.> if it wasn't Teb who came with radio's idea, I would never ever heard about black mages and many more >.>  this could make a good advertising just to promote the DVD   could we still have the chocobo party instead :P

man it almost got into legal issues! O__O thats scary how close it could've gotten. i glad u did the right thing and cancelled it. to bad though because i really wanted to see it, even though i couldnt be there.
