anyone else not a fan of ultros?

ive played ff vi many times and no matter how many times i do play it i have a uncontrolable hatred towards ultros hes not a hard battle so i know its not that. i am aware he is there for a light hearted distraction but he just bugs me. whats everyone elses opinion?

i like ultros he keeps a bit of comedy in the game
all though when 1st playing the game he was a bit hard when you 1st fought him
but thats half the fun is to have a hard fight

Ultros I can take or leave. Sure the comic relief boss was kind of a staple in RPGs back then (not nearly enough now) but the novelty of Ultros wore off when I saw they were trying to stick him into every game in some way (the Tros boss in X and has a Slime Hunt in FFXII with the name Orthros are the ones I've really noticed.) Now Gilgamesh, there's a boss worth bringing back.

haha I like him! My son has a small octopus toy, and I call him Ultros all the time...My wife is like 'wth is Ultros?'

I ultimately hate Ultros. When I first see him he kept killing me repeatedly. So, later on when he was supposed to be funny, it just made me hate him more. They kept trying to make a comedic air about him. He was a stupid Octopus that needed to die. He had no point to me.
