Final Fantasy XIV Soundtrack

The original sound track for Final Fantasy XIV (FF14) will have Final Fantasy XIV / Field Tracks and Final Fantasy XIV / Battle Tracks.  The soundtrack is a mixture of the three genres (Rock, Ambient, and Orchestral) and the whole ost consists of 82 tracks in total.  The Field Tracks will include 8: music for the OP (opening song) and for the scenes. Battle Tracks gathers 9 different battle songs. All of the songs are composed by Nobuo Uematsu.

• Final Fantasy XIV/Field Tracks consists of all the field and background themes, as well as the prelude and the main theme, “Answers” (sung by Susan Calloway).
• Final Fantasy XIV/Battle Tracks consists of all the battle and combat themes, as well as the the Final Fantasy Theme Song (also known as “Prologue”).

They will be released on September 29th (one day before FF14 releases); prices will be ¥1500 (about $20 dollars) each.
