For all Phones please click link and download app’s.
Do search for Final Fantasy radio for music.

Radio Community Sites

Final Fantasy Radio (.net) was set up to provide easy access to Square Enix music and with news about the music articles while you listen on the PC’s. The .net site can be accessed on phone browsers with its own special format to read the articles or play streams. Our original site (www.finalfantasyradio.com) for the station is less graphic intensive for those listeners that access us in low bandwidth areas. We have more information on all the ways to access the radio from other pages here on the menu if you need more help. The station broadcasts on 5 different lines and in 5 formats plus various bandwidths. The radio is listed also in Shoutcast/Icecast/365Live directories and can be accessed using any applications for those services. Our Toolbar now works with all browsers and includes a player, plus most of the website in easy to use pop up boxes. Our community is also made up of forums and even a video site now www.FinalFantasyRadio.tv that have links on the pages to easily listen to the radio anytime.

Play List Files

Many listeners use their own players to access the radio using one of the play list links that brings up a particular application you might have on your PC or Mac. Most of our sites have the Icons for the general media players in use that can be clicked or saved to disk. These files can be used with must any mp3 or video programs by entering the full path name on the web or your file name on your PC. MP3 is supported by most streaming players now, and many can now use the newer, less resource hungry ACC format too. Our website pages have built-in players that will pop up in browser windows if you want to use flash based stream with no installs.

What determines which player will come up is the extension and then of course how you have customized your setup. Each of the files below has not only the main line for that type of player but will also show other lines we have that might work better for you. You can save these files locally and edit them pretty easily to include other stations you listen to.

  • Winamp can be access using this file http://www.rgonots-sylph.net/radio/listen.pls
  • Real Player can be access using this file http://centova2.serverhostingcenter.com/tunein.php/rsharr00/playlist.ram
  • Quick Time can be accessed using this file http://centova2.serverhostingcenter.com/tunein.php/rsharr00/playlist.qtl
  • Windows Media Player can be accessed using http://www.rgonots-sylph.net/radio/listen.asx
  • PSP can be accessed using Player #1 or #2 or this link to custom player

The Complicated URLs

This list is the pure IP and Port numbers for the lines we maintain. We have links set up to the playlist for the most commonly used players on the website pages. But if you use any player that allows url input, you can copy these addresses and then save the station as a bookmark. If you have to use the direct IP number, please remember that these might change in the future. The playlist names will not and that is one advantage to using them. Also the playlist links are set up for certain players because of the extension used has the advantage of listing a few of our lines in the player. If you are having buffer problems please try each of the lines since they are in different formats and bandwidths. We even maintain a line for dial-up at 40k which should play on just about anything. Please remember these urls are ip:port format and that is what you would use in your player. Some players still do not support the newer ACC format, which has been shown to produce better quality sound with less bandwidth. If you have problem, use the traditional MP3 line. Windows Media format is provided in a limited way for some players that can only stream with that.
