Ustream.TV

We have had very large fall off of what was one of biggest supporting site to Final Fantasy Radio. In the last 4 months, culminating in what is the single worst month in the 2 years I have run the channel at Ustream for the radio community we need to do something.

We did start the TV’s to introduce people to our Final Fantasy community and to have a great place to enjoy our love of Square. It has become a really nice place to chat about all kinds of gaming  and our live shows have built up into something that might even be better then whats on cable. At this point we have reached a cross roads with our efforts there. If you look at the first column you will see the number of times someone on that site click to turn on the radio page. Remember back to October and how many links where put to the station on Ustream.  You can see that we averaged “1″ a day for the whole month meaning no one listened. Is that bad in comparison to say how many we have in the audience who just come to enjoy the videos. The answer is yes, the regular Ustreamer’s do not have any other way to link to us but through the forums or radio itself.  Some might say that is not a big deal cause they just want the show.  And there in is the problem, we use some of our bandwidth on the radio server for the broadcast and it does cost massive amounts of time to run.

We do run the place to get members for our community and in return we put on this cool show 24/7. There are other things happening at ustream causing us problems but those we cannot change. We can change the attitude of how we work on the chat as mods and community members by not forgetting who makes the show itself and the room. Please help make this work out or we will have to close the channel there and use the resources for other things which we just do not have enough of these days.
